Terms of service
The service
ProductHatch helps you research an audience, create written digital product packages, edit your work, and prepare sales pages and promotional copy. AI generation requires available credits and an active provider connection. The current advertising feature produces campaign drafts; it does not publish ads or spend an advertising budget.
Your account
This release uses an email and password account. You are responsible for the activity in your account, the information you provide, and having permission to use any content you submit. Do not share access, bypass usage controls, or attempt to access another person’s projects.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices, included credits, and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Product generation costs 10 credits, audience research costs 3, and an AI revision costs 4. Manual editing and exporting use no credits. Credits are reserved when an operation begins and returned if it fails; interrupted operations may take up to 15 minutes to reconcile.
Unused purchased credits carry over. Canceling stops future renewals and does not remove your existing products or unused purchased credits. Top-ups are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. A refund or chargeback reverses the credits associated with that purchase and may temporarily restrict further generation if the balance becomes negative.
Your content and output
You retain the rights you have in your inputs. To the extent we hold transferable rights in generated output, we assign those rights to you. You may edit, export, and commercially use your output subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may be non-unique, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review its facts, originality, and quality before publishing or selling.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, misleading income claims, invented testimonials, impersonation, or infringement. Do not submit confidential or personal information you are not authorized to process. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service or interfere with other users.
Sales and third-party services
We do not guarantee sales, income, ranking, hiring outcomes, or market demand. Research is decision support, not purchase validation. You are responsible for your offer, advertising, customer support, and delivery to your buyers. An external checkout link on your product page does not make ProductHatch the payment processor or fulfillment service for that product.
Paddle handles payments for ProductHatch subscriptions and credits when billing is enabled. Separate terms may apply to payment, AI, hosting, identity, and advertising services.
Availability and changes
The service may experience interruptions. Export copies of work you need to retain independently. Material changes to recurring prices or these terms will be communicated before they take effect where required. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Canceling and refunds
Manage or cancel your subscription through Account & credits. See the Refund Policy for payment issues and requests. Contact support for account closure or data deletion.
