Privacy policy
Information we use
When you register, we store your email address, name, and a securely hashed password. Sign-in uses a revocable session cookie; we do not store your password in plaintext. We store your briefs, research, product drafts, campaign plans, publishing settings, support requests, credit activity, and billing references so the service can work across visits.
AI and research
When you request generation, research, or a revision, the relevant brief, audience information, and existing draft are sent to our configured AI provider, currently Anthropic. Research may also send search queries through the provider’s web-search service. Avoid including personal, confidential, or sensitive data unless it is necessary and you are authorized to process it.
Payments
Paddle processes subscription and credit payments when checkout is enabled. We store customer, subscription, transaction, and event identifiers and related entitlement information. We do not store full payment-card details. Paddle provides its own privacy information at checkout.
Hosting and access
The application uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and database services. Sign-in and necessary security cookies are managed by the identity and hosting providers. Your projects are scoped to your account. If you publish a product sales page, its selected content becomes visible to people permitted to access that page under the site’s sharing settings.
How we use this information
We use it to provide the service, save and generate your work, process purchases, maintain your credit balance, answer requests, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell your project content. This release does not embed advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics.
Retention and your choices
Your saved projects remain until you request deletion or close your account, subject to necessary security and legal retention. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute, or other legal obligations. Export your product content at any time. Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or account closure. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
International processing and updates
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their own terms describe their processing and safeguards. We will update this page when the service’s data practices change and communicate material changes where required.
